QVID Group AB ("QVID"), corporate identity number 556917-9699, Box
3068, SE-169 03 Solna, is the data controller of personal data processed in
the framework of this policy. QVID processes personal data in accordance
with the Personal Data Act (1998:204). By registering a User account,
subscribe to or use QVIDs services, The User ("User") accept that QVID may
process his/her personal data in accordance with what is stated below.
The personal data processed is the information provided by User when
creating a User account, subscripting to QVID or using QVIDs services,
or other contacts with QVID and information that the User gives QVID for
investigative purposes. These personal data include name, address, phone
number, email address, debit card and credit card details and social security
numbers. In order to maintain a good customer and file maintenance, QVID
may supplement personal data by obtaining them from private and public
registers, such as updating of address information using the State Address
Register, SPAR. QVID can also after contractual negotiations come to collect
data on user's creditworthiness.
QVID processes personal data in order for QVID and QVID's licensors to
fulfill its commitments towards the User, for business analysis and customer
behavior, customer administration, a basis for billing of QVID's services, to
provide offers, information and news to the User, to communicate with the
User and for QVID to fulfill its statutory obligations or because of regulatory
decisions. QVID will also use the personal data for direct marketing or
advertising via e-mail or any other channel (e.g. via SMS / MMS) or, if the
User explicitly approved it, other companies' services and products.
QVID may also disclose the Users personal data to companies that
perform services for QVID so that those companies can perform the services
QVID demand. The services that can be requested is e.g. the provision of
infrastructure and IT services.
Personal data may, if the user explicitly approved it, be disclosed to
other companies in QVID Group and companies which the Group works
with for direct marketing or advertising via e-mail or advertising through
other channels in QVID Group and other companies services and products
and for market research, customer services, treatment of market research
and performing statistical analysis and processing of credit and debit card
By creating a user account, subscribing to QVID or using QVIDs services,
the User agrees to the processing of personal data as stated in the sections
User is entitled to annually request free information about the personal data
QVID processes about the User, where data has been collected, what the
data have been used for, to which recipients data has been disclosed and the
provided consent regarding processing of personal data can be revoked by
the User at any time (but not retroactively). The User may also at any time
request correction of erroneous information or communicate that the User
does not want to receive direct mail from QVID or another company within
the the Swedish group in which QVID is included. Notification under this
paragraph is submitted by writing to QVID on email@example.com.
8. Insofar marketing is done via e-mail or sms/ mms, the marketing shall
include a valid address to which the user can send a request that marketing
QVID may log User's IP address, operating system and the User's browser
software when the User visits the QVID websites. QVID can also, based on
user's IP address, get access to information about the User's Internet service
provider and User's geographic location. Some of this information is collected
through "cookies". Cookies are small data files that are stored in the User's
computer and contributes to the display of the site tailored to User's browser.
The settings in the User's browser determines whether cookies will be
accepted or not. If the user wants to avoid cookies, User can set his browser
so they will not be saved on the user's computer. This may prevent some of
the features and services of QVID's website. For more detailed information

The information the User chooses to disclose to third parties is not
he or she submits to a third party.
QVID's services can be accessed through services and platforms
operated by third parties. Users should be aware that QVID does not have
any control nor any responsibility for the processing of personal data by such
third parties. QVID's services may contain links to third-party services or
websites. If the User uses these links, User leaves QVID's service. QVID has
no control over such third party services or websites (or its contents), and
shall have no liability whatsoever for these.
QVID may provide features that allow the User to share information in
their social networks and to interact with QVID and people in their network
through various social media. When using some of these features, information
about the user can be collected or disclosed to another. QVID recommends
that the user review the applicable privacy policies and settings for those
social services and media that he interacts with.
If the User publishes, comments, shows interest or shares information,
photographs or moving material through one of QVID's services, a social
networking site, blog, or similar forums, User should be aware that any
such information can be read, displayed, collected, or used by the Users of
these forums, including to contact the User or send messages that the User
has not asked for. QVID has no control over such information, nor has any
responsibility for this.
Since the Internet is a global environment, the use of Internet requires that
data is transmitted internationally for collecting and processing information.
By using QVID the User acknowledges and agrees of the transfer of User
information outside the country where the User resides to any other country
(including but not limited to companies processing payments, cloud service
providers and other IT vendors, and other businesses that provide QVID with
services). User understands that the countries QVID can transmit information
to maybe not have as extensive data protection as Sweden.
